We recently had our whole house done with double-glazed windows and security screens through PG Windows and are so happy with the end result.

Shivan was great to deal with from the start. He came out initially to quote and talk us through our options, and we then went into the showroom to have a look at all the different styles available. Once we’d decided what we wanted, they came back out to do a final measure and inspection to make sure everything was going to fit perfectly before it was ordered.

I changed my mind a couple of times along the way and Shivan was always patient and happy to work through it with us. He also gave us really solid advice about things like window styles, which direction doors should open and what would work best in different areas of the house. He suggested a large feature window at the front that we never would have thought of ourselves, and we absolutely love how it turned out. The frames and windows themselves look amazing and have a really high-quality, luxurious finish. We especially love how simple they are to use with the handle system.

The whole house was installed in about a week and the installers were fantastic- friendly, knowledgeable, professional and easy to have around. Everything ran smoothly and the quality of the workmanship was excellent.

It was obviously a big decision and investment to do the entire house at once, but we’re really glad we chose PG Windows. From the initial quote and showroom visit right through to the final installation, the whole process was easy and professional.

Would definitely recommend Shivan and the team at PG Windows. We’re really happy with the service and, most importantly, absolutely love our new windows and doors! 🪟😊

I am very happy with the service provided by PG Windows for my alfresco enclosure. They built and delivered everything exactly according to my requirements, with a perfect finish and excellent attention to detail.

Iain, Shivan, and Jaysukh were all very professional, friendly, and helpful throughout the process. They communicated clearly and kept me updated in a timely manner. I was also very impressed that they completed the job and installation ahead of the predicted installation date.

Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of the work, service, and professionalism. I highly recommend PG Windows to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service.

The product quality is very good , the double-glazed units feel solid, fit well, and have noticeably reduced outside noise and drafts. Installation was efficient and tidy; the installers worked quickly and left the site clean. Customer service was responsive and professional throughout the process.
